File Import

Xsite Rewise supports import of multiple file formats.

Vector/Model/Alignment files

Following vector, model and alignment file formats are supported:

• Rewise native TDW
• Autocad DWG/DXF
• LandXML/InfraModel
• LAS/LAZ/E57 point clouds
• Finnish GT format
• Norvegian KOF format

Raster files

Following raster image formats are supported:

• BMP
• JPEG
• PNG
• TIFF
• PDF (only first page)

Raster images can also be pasted from the clipboard. Image position is preserved when pasting.

Raster file coordinates are read either from separate Esri World files (.jgw, .tfw) or GeoTIFF coordinates inside TIFF-files.

If raster file has no coordinate information, it is positioned to the current display view. This helps final positioning with the Helmert transformation.

Group files

Group files contain list of file names and their settings in the element list.
